Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused approach that works with the subconscious mind to support insight, awareness and positive personal change. I offer hypnotherapy in a calm, respectful and client-centred way, both one-to-one and in group settings.

What Is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses focused attention and guided relaxation to help you access a natural state of awareness where the subconscious mind can be explored more easily.
This state is not sleep, and you remain aware and in control throughout the session. Hypnotherapy is collaborative and works at your pace, guided by your intentions and comfort.
My approach is gentle, ethical and trauma-aware, supporting reflection and personal growth rather than forcing change.

One-to-One Hypnotherapy (Online)
Individual hypnotherapy sessions are offered one-to-one online and are tailored to your personal intentions and needs.
Group Hypnotherapy Sessions (Online)
I also offer online group hypnotherapy sessions, providing a supportive space to explore shared themes such as relaxation, wellbeing and personal insight.
Group sessions are guided in a calm, respectful way and are suitable for those who enjoy working within a group setting.
