1-to-1 Sessions – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice
Appointments cancelled with 48 hours or more notice may be:

• Rescheduled to another available date, or
• Refunded if payment has already been made.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours)
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances
In genuine emergencies, Sabina Capone Academy may offer the opportunity to reschedule the appointment once at a mutually convenient time. Refunds are not issued for late cancellations.

Missed appointments
If a client does not attend their appointment without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Reiki Training Courses – Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Places on Reiki training courses are limited and must be reserved in advance.

Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your place on a course. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your space on the training.

Balance payment
The remaining course balance must be paid before the training date unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by the student
If you need to cancel your place:

• More than 7 days before the course – your place may be transferred to a future course date.
• Less than 7 days before the course – the course fee is non-refundable.

Course materials
Reiki manuals and training materials are provided on the day of the training. All materials remain the intellectual property of Sabina Capone Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

Cancellation by the teacher
If a course needs to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund will be provided.

Professional Standards

Sabina Capone Academy is committed to providing Reiki training and sessions in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that supports wellbeing but does not replace medical treatment.

Practitioner insurance is maintained and professional standards are followed at all times.

Complaints Procedure

Sabina Capone Academy aims to provide high-quality training and services. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please raise your concern so it can be addressed.

Concerns can usually be resolved informally through direct communication. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please submit it in writing by email.

Complaints will normally be acknowledged within 5 working days, and a response will be provided within 14 working days after the matter has been reviewed.
