About the Programme

Quieting the Food Noise is a 6-week hypnotherapy-based programme designed to help you step out of the constant mental chatter around food.

This isn’t about control, restriction, or willpower.

It’s about gently retraining the mind, calming the nervous system, and rebuilding trust with yourself.
