Discover Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive complementary practice that supports relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing. I offer Reiki in a calm, respectful and trauma-aware way, with sessions available online and occasional in-person group events.

This page explains what Reiki is, what to expect, and how you can experience it with me.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice that supports the body and mind in relaxing and rebalancing naturally. Sessions are gentle, guided by consent, and offered with care and respect.

Reiki is intended to be used alongside, not as a replacement for, conventional medical care. It does not involve diagnosis, medication, or physical manipulation.

What to Expect in a Reiki Session?

If you are new to Reiki, it’s completely natural to feel curious or unsure. Sessions are designed to feel safe, calm, and supportive.

During a Reiki session, you can expect:

  • A quiet, welcoming space

  • You remain fully clothed throughout the session

  • Reiki may be offered hands-on or hands-off, always guided by your comfort and consent

  • You remain aware and in control at all times

  • Sessions are gentle and non-invasive

  • Each experience is individual

Many people experience Reiki as deeply relaxing, though experiences vary.

Reiki Training

I offer Reiki training for those who feel drawn to deepen their personal practice or to train as practitioners. My teaching is offered with care, integrity and from the heart, shaped by many years of practice, teaching and personal experience.

I have been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2010, and my approach to training is grounded, respectful and attentive to each individual’s pace and readiness.

Reiki training is offered in person in small groups, allowing space for personal guidance and support.
