All sessions are offered in a calm, supportive and trauma-aware way. Reiki sessions are non-invasive, and you remain fully clothed and in control throughout.
Reiki Services
Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement following booking.
A gentle online Reiki session is offered in a supportive group setting. Community Reiki provides a calm space to relax, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself, while sharing the experience alongside others.
Sessions are non-invasive, guided with care and consent, and suitable for beginners. You remain fully clothed, seated or resting comfortably in your own space, and aware throughout.
Participants are welcome to have their camera on or off, whatever feels most comfortable.
Every Monday evening, Time 9 - 9.30 pm
Every Wednesday Morning, Time 9 - 9.30 am
A gentle in-person Reiki healing evening held in Beckenham, offering a calm and supportive space to relax, unwind and receive Reiki within a small group setting.
The session is guided in a trauma-aware, respectful way. Participants remain fully clothed and are seated comfortably throughout. Reiki is non-invasive, and consent and personal boundaries are always respected.
This session is suitable for beginners and those familiar with Reiki alike.
