What Is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses focused attention and guided relaxation to help you access a natural state of awareness where the subconscious mind can be explored more easily.
This state is not sleep, and you remain aware and in control throughout the session. Hypnotherapy is collaborative and works at your pace, guided by your intentions and comfort.
My approach is gentle, ethical and trauma-aware, supporting reflection and personal growth rather than forcing change.

Once a session is booked, I offer a brief consultation to discuss your intentions and ensure the session is prepared and paced appropriately for you.

Group Hypnotherapy
I also offer group hypnotherapy sessions from time to time. Details are shared when dates and themes are confirmed.
